A silver didrachm from the ancient Greek city of Gela in Sicily, depicting on the obverse a nude bearded rider hurling a spear with his raised right hand and holding the horse’s reins in his left, and on the reverse the forepart of man-headed bull, with long pointed beard. C. 490-475 BCE

The Large-Eyed Stone Figures are carvings found on the island of Nuku Hiva in the Marquesas Islands, part of French Polynesia. Dating to around the 11th century AD, these figures are carved into a stone block and are notable for their large, round eyes and stylized human forms.

The "Grande Plaquette" of Enlène Cave, France; produced c. 17,000–14,000 years ago, Magdalenian period. The highlighted fragment shows two men in coitus, one of the oldest known erotic depictions made by humans. One of them appears to have a small tail, and an owl is seen to their left.
